Linc is led by a highly-qualified and seasoned executive management team that has exceptional service, operations, and technology domain expertise and more than 200 years of experience leading, and growing facility services companies. Each executive is personally invested in the company and, therefore, is extremely dedicated to its success. The team is dispersed throughout the country, allowing Linc to avoid becoming a geographically centralized, command-and-control organization that is typical in this market. Tracy K. Price
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, The Linc GroupTracy Price currently serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of TLG. Mr. Price possesses over 20 years of experience in mechanical service contracting, sales and business management and has a strong track record of leadership success. On June 17, 2008, Tracy Price also received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in the business services category in the Orange County / Desert Cities Program. Mr. Price began his career as a HVAC/ Building automation salesman for Honeywell and became one of Honeywell’s youngest ever national account executives. In 1986, he began purchasing ownership interests in Mesa Energy Systems and ultimately became the majority holder and developed three new divisions. Under his ownership, Mesa grew at a compound annual growth rate of 48% over an 11 year period until the business was sold to EMCOR Group in 1998. Mesa also earned the first ISO 9001 certification for paperless workflow management with field service technicians. Concurrent with his ownership of Mesa, Mr. Price also co-founded FieldCentrix, the company that developed the patented wireless field service software used at Mesa to achieve the ISO certification. FieldCentrix was sold to Enron in September of 2001, as part of a roll-up with three other companies to create ServiceCo, a new building services company for Enron’s energy services division. After the Enron collapse, he with other minority shareholders and GI Partners led a management buyout to take control of ServiceCo, which is now known as TLG. Mr. Price has a BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and holds C-10 and C-20 Mechanical and Electrical contracting licenses.

David A. Whaley
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, The Linc GroupMr. Whaley also served as the EVP and COO at ServiceCo, (TLG’s immediate predecessor) and has served as CEO or President of several of The Linc Group’s current or former business units. Prior to pursuing a career in the commercial sector, Mr. Whaley served 33 years with the U.S. Army, retiring as a Major General. Major General Whaley served in the Pentagon as an Army War Planner and as a Joint Chiefs of Staff War Planner. He commanded soldiers and units at all levels including as the Deputy Commanding General 22nd Support Command during operation Desert Storm and as the Commanding General, U.S. Army Transportation Center; Commandant, U.S. Army Transportation School; and Chief of Transportation at Fort Eustis, Virginia. He also served as the Deputy Chief of Staff, Logistics and Readiness, Headquarters, U.S. Army Forces Command at Fort McPherson, Georgia. His last duty assignment before retiring in February 1999 was as the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management, Headquarters, Department of the Army. In this assignment, he functioned essentially as the Army’s Real Estate or Property Manager developing and defending before Congress a $9 billion annual budget and was responsible for the operations and maintenance functions of all 264 Army installations worldwide representing 12.8 million acres, 169,000 buildings, 1.1 billion square feet of family housing, 70,000 miles of road, 13,700 miles of waterway, and 2,600 miles of railway. Additionally, he was responsible for the development and execution of the Army’s Outsourcing and Privatization Program, Base Realignment and Closure (“BRAC”) Programs, Environmental Restoration, Military Construction and Barracks Renewal Programs and the Army’s Residential Community Initiative. Mr. Whaley holds a BS from the University of Rhode Island and a MBA from Adelphi University. He is a graduate of the Army’s Command and General Staff College and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.

Phil Rogers
President and CEO, Linc Facility ServicesAs President and CEO of Linc Facility Services (LFS), Phil Rogers brings more than 32 years experience in providing facility management, engineering, real estate and property management services, and customer service expertise to The Linc Group. He began his professional career in real estate management and facility services and quickly ascended to several senior roles within Grubb & Ellis subsidiaries. Eventually he was named President of the Eastern Region for Grubb & Ellis Management Services. After that, he was brought on as President and Chief Operating Officer of Consolidated Engineering Services, where he achieved dynamic organizational growth that took the company from $70 million to $430 million in revenue. The company was then acquired by the EMCOR Group. Mr. Rogers joined LFS in January 2005. Under his leadership, the company has successfully grown its revenue five fold by repositioning markets, services, and geographies to include expansion to the Middle East. Today, LFS has 3,500 employees and revenue of $515 million. During the past 11 years of his career, Mr. Rogers has identified, acquired, and integrated 17 highly strategic facility services firms into his organizations. In all cases, he continued the acquisition’s growth, and also successfully retained their executive management teams to operate the companies under his leadership and direction. A fourth generation family business owner, Mr. Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University of Ohio and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM). He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and serves on the National Advisory Council of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Scott Giacobbe
President and CEO, Linc Network/Linc Service/Linc LightingScott J. Giacobbe is currently the president and CEO of Linc Network and Linc Services/Linc Mechanical and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of both the franchise organization and the company-owned franchises. Giacobbe has more than 20 years experience in the commercial mechanical, comprehensive energy solutions, building automation, and maintenance solutions industries and has been part of the Linc Service Network since 1996. Over the years, Mr. Giacobbe has held various executive management positions with the company, most recently as Senior Vice President of Linc Mechanical Services/Linc Service Holdings. Prior to his affiliation with Linc, Mr. Giacobbe spent nine years in sales and management positions at Honeywell’s Commercial Building Division where he displayed a track record of consistent top performances in growth, sales achievement, profitability, and leadership. Mr. Giacobbe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.

Brett Knox
President, GreenHomes AmericaBrett Knox has more than 20 year experience in new market and product development and business and technical operations in the service industry. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of market development for The Linc Group where he was responsible for identifying and developing vertical market technology strategies and solutions for TLG and assisted in the promotion and enhancement of TLG’s LincWare™ technology business suite. Prior to TLG, Mr. Knox served as vice president of product management and marketing for Sage Software, the leading supplier of ERP and CRM software in the small and mid-sized marketplace. Previously, Mr. Knox held several executive positions in marketing, product management, and market development, and was part of the original design team at FieldCentrix Inc., a leading provider of mobile field service automation solutions. Additionally, he spent more than 10 years in sales and marketing roles in the durable goods and automotive markets at R.L. Polk & Company. Mr. Knox is the co-author of two patents in mobile wireless solutions for field force automation. He received a B.A. in MIS from the University of Northern Colorado and was an MBA candidate at the University of Colorado.

Mike Brennan
Senior Vice President and General Counsel, The Linc GroupMike Brennan joined The Linc Group as General Counsel in February, 2006. He brings more than 30 years legal and business management experience with commercial service organizations and the U.S. Marine Corp. Most recently, Mr. Brennan served as vice president and general counsel for Casella Waste Systems, Inc., a $430 million revenue publicly traded organization headquartered in Rutland, VT. In this position he oversaw and handled the many issues related to the complex legal environment confronting a multi-state operation serving more than 275,000 customers. Mr. Brennan previously served in field and senior corporate legal roles for Waste Management as well as serving in the Marine Corp in Judge Advocate and Environmental Counsel roles. He holds a LL.M from the University of San Diego School of Law, a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, and a B.A. from Stockton State College in New Jersey.

Joe Franz
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, The Linc GroupIn this capacity Joe Franz has responsibility for the accounting, finance, tax and treasury activities of the company. He was named Chief Financial Officer upon the formation of The Linc Group. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Franz spent two years as a consultant to The Linc Group where he led the financial due diligence effort and acted as Controller for Corporate Services, Linc Network, and Linc Service. Mr. Franz has more than 20 years of diversified financial and accounting experience in various industries including construction, energy, and renewable energy business. He is a CPA and holds a BBA from Baylor University, with a double major in Accounting and Information Technology.

Greg Lush
Chief Information Officer, The Linc Group and Chief Operating Officer, Linc Lighting & ElectricalGreg Lush has spent his entire 28-year career working in the Service industry, and currently holds the position of Vice President and Chief Information Officer for The Linc Group. The role of CIO allows him to lead several corporate shared service functions for the organization including Education, Quality and Strategy management, Program management, and Systems and Infrastructure. Mr. Lush started in the field as a technician at 17-years-old, gaining hands-on experience with air and water balance, control systems, and variable speed drives. Over his career he has worked in several different service markets including commercial, industrial, oil and gas, chemical, and pumping. Mr. Lush spent several years conducting service and organizing an international organization of service contractors. Some of his colleagues may refer to him as "part propeller and part piston" as he applies a pragmatic technical approach to business requirements. One of the principal driving forces in Mr. Lush’s professional life is the desire to have every employee know they are making a difference. To that end he has development programs such as the Collaborative Service Management Framework; robust mobile workforce tools; and viral education such as LincTube (an internal version of YouTube) to empower and compel employee behavior at the point of service. Several awards have been bestowed on The Linc Group as a direct result of these efforts, with the most notable recognition coming from Microsoft. The Linc Group is a two time recipient of the Microsoft Customer Excellence awards, their highest customer achievement. Mr. Lush is a sought-after industry expert and speaks frequently at conferences and trade events around the world.

Mike Roppolo
Senior Vice President, The Linc GroupIn his current role, Michael Roppolo has corporate development responsibility for The Linc Group, including corporate mergers and acquisitions supporting all the operating companies. Mr. Roppolo has over 27 years experience in facility solutions, sales, organization integration, and quality process development. Mr. Roppolo began his professional career at Honeywell, where he successfully held multiple large area general management roles for 18 years. For his achievements there, he received the Lund Leadership/People Development Excellence award, the most prestigious leadership award given by Honeywell to its employees. Mr. Roppolo subsequently held senior business development and executive leadership roles within FieldCentrix and ServiceCo, companies that provide technology, software solutions, and business services to the field service organizations and national commercial/industrial buildings market, respectively. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Yamas Controls, Mr. Roppolo holds a B.S. in business from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, CA and has attended executive management programs at USC, UCLA and Harvard University.

Mike Atkins
Senior Vice President of Human Resources, The Linc GroupMike Atkins originally joined The Linc Group’s predecessor group of companies in 1999 as Vice President of Human Resources. He has had full responsibility for the Human Resources function at the corporate level for Enron Facility Services, and assumed that same responsibility for the Service Co. companies in 2002 and most recently for The Linc Group, LLC in December 2003. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Atkins was the Vice President of Human Resources for Daniel Industries. He has more than 25 years of human resource management experience in diverse industries such as energy, financial services, and manufacturing. Mr. Atkins earned his Bachelors Degree at the University of Tulsa, and his MS in Human Resource Management from Houston Baptist University.

Ross Thompson
Senior Vice President of Operations, The Linc GroupMr. Thompson provides overall direction and guidance to enterprise-wide operational activities, and leads efforts to accomplish established corporate growth goals, both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining The Linc Group and the commercial sector, Mr. Thompson served for more than 36 years in the United States Army, retiring as a Lieutenant General. His last assignment with the Army was as the Military Deputy, Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics and Technology). Throughout his Army career, he held numerous broad-based, multi-discipline command and staff positions. Mr. Thompson’s last command position was as the Commanding General, United States Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command in Warren, Michigan, responsible for world-wide logistics, technology and contracting support for Army ground systems. Mr. Thompson is a distinguished military graduate of the College of William and Mary with a degree in biology. He also has an MBA in operations research / systems analysis from George Washington University, as well as an MA in international relations from Salve Regina University.
