Phil Rogers — President and Chief Executive Officer, Linc Facility Services
Phil Rogers brings over 30 years experience in providing facility management, engineering, real estate and property management services to LFS. Rogers began his professional career in real estate management and facility services and ascended through progressively more senior roles with Grubb & Ellis subsidiaries to become President, Eastern Region for Grubb & Ellis Management Services. He subsequently joined Consolidated Engineering Services, Inc. as President and Chief Operating Officer, leading them in their organizational growth from a $70 million to a $430 million revenue entity that ultimately was acquired by EMCOR. A fourth generation family business owner, Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University of Ohio and is a Certified Property Manager. He is an active member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and serves on the national advisory council of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
