Mike Roppolo — Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, The Linc Group
Michael Roppolo has over 27 years experience in facility solutions, sales, organization integration, and quality process development. Roppolo began his professional career at Honeywell, where he successfully held multiple large area general management roles for 18 years. For his achievements there, he received the Lund Leadership/People Development Excellence award, the most prestigious leadership award given by Honeywell to its employees. Roppolo subsequently held senior business development and executive leadership roles within FieldCentrix and ServiceCo, companies that provide technology, software solutions, and business services to the field service organizations and national commercial/industrial buildings market, respectively. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Yamas Controls, Roppolo holds a B.S. in business from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, CA and has attended executive management programs at USC, UCLA and Harvard University.
