Mike Brennan - Vice President and General Counsel, The Linc Group
Mike Brennan joined The Linc Group as General Counsel in February, 2006. He brings more than 30 years legal and business management experience with commercial service organizations and the U.S. Marine Corp. Most recently, Brennan served as vice president and general counsel for Casella Waste Systems, Inc., a $430 million revenue publicly traded organization headquartered in Rutland, VT. In this position he oversaw and handled the many issues related to the complex legal environment confronting a multi-state operation serving more than 275,000 customers. Brennan previously served in field and senior corporate legal roles for Waste Management as well as serving in the Marine Corp in Judge Advocate and Environmental Counsel roles. He holds a LL.M from the University of San Diego School of Law, a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and a B.A. from Stockton State College in New Jersey.
